I use the app for 12 hours and asked to cancel my subscription and delete my account. They sent me an email saying that they did when I asked for my refund because I only use the app for not even 24 hours. They said it would be issued to me in 24 hours I went back-and-forth for six months and never received the initial refund fast-forward to a year later I got charged a yearly subscription fee come to find out they never canceled my account and they are still charging me yearly fees. It is impossible to speak to anyone. They will not provide a phone number. They do not provide proof that your account is actually deleted - how these people still have my information a year later is scary. I strongly advise against purchasing anything with this app. There is Little to know customer support you only received robot automated emails back with reassurance that they’re taking care of the issue when clearly they are not. Save yourself the aggravation and a headache. Do not even entertain the fact of this app horrible zero stars if I could give it.

Not that the app was great to begin with but I used it to shut down apps as needed on my child’s phone but once she got mad and deleted their app or messed with the settings no matter how many times you troubleshoot it will never work right again, not even location. Then when you try to cancel they just keep charging you and say they have sent it to the billing department for review even after you haven’t used it for a year. Also raised the price on the annual subscription without notice and just charged it

The app doesn’t work as they say on their site. Their support and billing department operate in bad taste. If you purchase their service and discover that their product does not do what it says then you will not get a refund. They will say you will, but they will leave your waiting for eternity. Save yourself the trouble and buy something else that actually works. These people don’t deserve your money. You would be better served lighting your money on fire.

Excellent product; I utilized it for my preteen for some time. He is now leaving for college. I used it until he turned 16 to primarily manage his screen time. The app is user-friendly and straightforward to set up. I recommend it.
