This app will allow you to track how much time you spend in bed, provide an overview of your "go to bed" times and time when you awake. Tap Sleep before going to bed - tap Awake when you woke up and this is it.

Just what I was looking for!
Simplicity! Perfect! Exactly what I’ve been looking for. So tired of the sleep apps that require you to place it on your bed next to your head or MUST press the timer button to track it. I love that this app lets you quickly put in your sleep hours by yourself and edit it without having to do some sleep analysis crap. Finally something simple with a nice display of your hours all on one page to look at. No extra steps or battery draining trackers. I can write the number of hours I slept myself thank you because I remember them, but just wanted to look at it over time in a simple app.

In reference to the reviewer who said can’t see wake button, in iOS you must add sleep as a widget. It doesn’t automatically load as one of your widgets.
Great app that helps log my sleep
SleepTrack does exactly what I need it to do. It allows me to keep a log of the amount of hours I sleep so that I can see a visual of my sleeping habits. It’s not hard to count how many hours I’ve slept, but I’m not about remember how many hours I slept each night for the past week or month. However, SleepTrack will do that for me, and it’s integrated with Healthkit!. It’s helpful for me because it allows me to see that I haven’t been sleeping the right amount of hours, which pushes me to get to bed on time and sleep the right amount of hours I want. It’s also motivating to see that I’ve consecutively been sleeping the right amount of hours. Love it!
For those looking for something more, this is not an app that can track your sleep quality with the help of the Apple Watch. You won’t find an app like that on the App Store because Apple does not allow apps to access the sensors on the Apple Watch. For that you will need to look into investing into third party hardware (i.e. Fitbit, Jawbone). If you’re looking for an app that will help you keep a log of your sleep, SleepTrack is it. It has a simple, clean, and easy to use interface that I thoroughly enjoy.
