Adding credit card doesn’t work

Have tried to order through the mobile app and pay with credit card. While credit card was processed successfully it still showed me that my order was not placed. I went to web app and it appears there are multiple failed orders and one successful which was not showing up at all. Anyways try to go through the flow to order on mobile with a new credit card.

Worst experience every time we need alternative delivery app in Armenia

Worst experience! Unfortunately this is the only app in Armenia that we can order all at once but they always mess up either with the date or with order . The ruing my mom’s birthday surprise they just decided to deliver flowers cake and the spirits the day after without letting us know ... I even chated with their representative and requested to make sure they will deliver on the exact date she/he said yes even after that they mess up and NO REFUND no excuses this is unbelievable .. I had the worst experience with your service. I ordered sushi sets worth approximately 63,000 AMD for a birthday party, with the desired delivery to be around 12:00 AM as part of a surprise. However, the support chat agent rudely intervened, pushing us to accept a different delivery time that was not suitable.When I declined, the representative continued with an arrogant attitude, insisting that the amount would be charged regardless. I then contacted the restaurant directly, coordinated the delivery with them, and informed the support agent that we would handle it ourselves.Instead of resolving the matter, I received a phone call where I was told they were making an exception by allowing me to collect the order myself. What kind of exception is that? Is your platform truly built in a way that works against your customers?This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I hope you seriously review how your support team communicates with customers and handles such situations. Doing me an EXCEPTION? What exception you du**s, the one that we are never going to use your service anymore?

I tried to rate my order but it never showed up in that shop’s ratings and guess why? Because it was negative review. I contacted them and been told that they will fix it but it’s been one month and nothing has changed. They just don’t care about their customers, if you contact them and tell that you’re not satisfied with your purchase the most common answer will be something like this. “we contacted the merchant and they told us that the food or whatever they sent was ok, we can do nothing.” And the only available option is to go to that restaurant or shop directly and deal with them, it is ridiculous. You need to grow up guys, you’re still on beginner level!
