App/website are difficult to use. Pictures show tops and bottoms together, but you can buy only one! For example, while viewing some pants, the picture shows them with a top, and there’s no info to find the top. There are not even suggested coordinating items. The shopper needs to search, and search to possibly find it, if it’s even carried.Mailed catalog has beautiful pictures, but it’s extremely hard to read the texts - even figuring out which description belongs to which item is difficult. Finding the items online is even more frustrating!PS: I cannot see whatever I typed in this feedback. I had to type in a text editor app, then copy/paste here. Really frustrating! If I didn’t love the clothes so much, I would have given up hours ago!

I love my new tights, they fit like my old tights so I ordered the right size. I was excited because they have a pocket in the leg but it turns out the pocket is on the right side and I play tennis and I was looking forward to using these for Tennis as needed but it would require the pocket to be on the left side so I am a little unhappy about that situation. I guess there should be pockets on both sides for people who are right handed and left-handed. As a right handed tennis player, you hold the racket in your right hand and you put the ball in the pocket on the left with your left hand so the right hand pocket is inconvenient and possibly would make the ball be in the way of my strokes.

If you love Lilly, you spend a lot of money to wear their clothing. You would expect great customer service to go along with it but that isn’t the case. They really don’t care if you shop with them or not and are willing to lose a loyal customer with no regrets. I bought a large amount of clothing the day before the promo began. I contacted them regarding the free items and was told I didn’t qualify. I asked if i needed to return the items and repurchase to receive the promos. They said I could do whatever i want. I live 90 minutes from the Lilly store, so I decided not to drive 3 hours round trip. The sales associate told me the day I purchased that I could email and receive the gifts with no problem. That was not the case. I would’ve been okay with it if the representative emailing me seemed to care one bit. Kindness goes a long way and much can be forgiven with a little compassion. I don’t believe Lilly could have condoned the poor customer service given to me.

The app continuously logs me out of my account as well as completely refreshes itself when I’m in the middle of browsing. Just a few minutes ago I was In the middle of browsing and had to put my phone down for a few minutes. When I got back to my phone, it had kicked me out and brought me back to the home page. I had already spent a good deal of time scrolling so I had to try and find my place again. Super frustrating that y’all can’t get this app to perform correctly!Edited to add how terrible this company is! Placed 2 orders through the sale. The first one apparently never went through despite me receiving an order number and them taking my money. The second order apparently got “lost in transit” - though I never received any tracking info so I doubt the order even got processed. Absolutely the worst customer service. Save yourself the trouble and support signature Lilly stores instead
