The Idaho Lottery app has left its users yearning for a complete platform makeover since its inception.

When compared to other State lottery apps, ours is so far behind the curve of technological capability it is embarrassing. Either the developers in house need a budget increase, or the Commission needs to coordinate with a 3rd party developer.

Can’t even login in, downloaded repeatedly only for it to just continue to crash and say internet can not be detected. What was wrong with the previous app? Atleast it worked and don’t have to manually load tickets, or go to website on browser to check numbers, stats, winners, or promos. Very disappointed and for reaching the highest tier that’s available I don’t feel like Idaho lottery is rewarding users in the manner in which they claim they do. Locality doesn’t seem to be the strong point for it’s players. Feel cheated. Hopefully with all the funds being earned for Idaho they could manage a web page more efficiently 🧐

After they worked on the app it started working, this app is great! I would have missed a couple wins without it! 😄updated review
This app was a lifesaver and so great to have, sadly the update has made it impossible to use. 🥲 I click on it, it starts to open, then closes. I can’t use it at all. I hope this will be fixed soon!

Oh no! That's not good. Have you tried deleting it and re-downloading? If you continue to have issues please give me a call and we can work through it together. Hoping to get this back to a lifesaver app. :). Thanks so much for your patience.
