Immudi 17+

When I subscribed to Immudi, I didn’t know anything about it other than it helps with inflammation, which I need. I was unable to login right from the beginning so I changed my mind. If it was already problematic from the start I felt like I had made a mistake. I requested a refund and while they did fix my login problem they ignored my refund request. I’ve sent that same request two more times and have yet to receive a reply. I am VERY skeptical about a business that doesn’t even have the courtesy to do something as simple as give a reply. Make sure this is a program you will be able to use before giving credit card info.

Was sent this app to check out for guidance on an anti inflammatory diet. Be careful what you click on their website, they will charge you immediately with no finalization of checkout at all! That was the first red flag. Next, upon exploring the app, hoping for some real groundbreaking info, you will find the same boring and simple meals repeated over and over throughout the meal plan, mostly useless or easy to find elsewhere info on inflammation, and terrible customer support. They don't even take the time to make sure their pictures are relevant to their recipes. You’d think they were a bit more competent considering. Don't try to get a refund, because it is a waste of time. This is complete garbage. They don't care about you and will take all steps needed to get your money faster than you know what is happening. Literally.

I love this app - it’s precise, somewhat individualized and easy to follow. My only complaint is that it fails to ask you some questions before giving you a workout plan to follow. For example, I have a bad back and bad knees, but the program does not account for that or offer modifications. Also at 280 I cannot roll around in the floor like it wants me to for some of these movements. So I’m left to ditch their recommendations and make up my own plan. I wish the exercise program was a separate and optional purchase.
