Description
Infinity Team view melds an “uber”-style platform with seamless gestures employees and
managers use to integrate into their day-to-day activities. There is a tiered hierarchy to include
administration, up to two levels of management, and team members.
Administrative is a web-based platform highlight a map in real time where employees are
located. Create jobs with flexible time frames and distinct geo-fencing. Assign a manager, and
team member to a job. Also assign multiple team members to a single job. Ability to have two
levels of management and give permissions to each level. Input data for budget tracking.
At the manager level track assigned jobs budgets. Review and sign off on team members time
sheets. Act as a backup if a team member is unable to clock in from their own device. Stay in
touch with all team members using email, SMS, or phone calls.
Team members can clock in and out of jobsite. Look through history of time sheets. Sign-off on
wages received. Ability to mark one’s self as available if prepare to work but not yet assigned.
Infinity Team View is also adaptable to managing deliveries, and service calls.
