The InmateSales View mobile app allows you to place video sessions to incarcerated individuals at certain facilities. You can place and receive video calls from wherever you have high speed internet using your device’s microphone and speaker. Approval for your video sessions may be required by the incarceration facility. Not all facilities support video sessions. Somewhat okay

Keeps telling me I need to update my app but when I click to update it, it takes me to the App Store and doesn’t show an option to update it. I’ve tried deleting it and downloading again but it does the same thing. Every time I click on the app it take me to the App Store as well. It should make noise when the person is online but it doesn’t.

For some families this is the ONLY form of communication that's available to be able to contact a loved one!!! I'm not sure if you guys(the chumps who have produced what's supposed to be an app)are aware of the inconvenience as well as the unneeded aggravation ur non-functional app generates when trying to do the most simplest task --SCHEDULEING A VISIT--that seems to not be such a hard task on similar apps so I'm not understanding ytf its so complicating to complete on this junk??! It's obvious ur not worried about ur RATE SCORE NOT REVIEWS BCUZ I'VE SEEN NO TRACE OF TRYING TO IMPROVE ANYTHING THAT'S BEEN REQUESTED!!!! SMH.. IF I HAD DIFF OPTIONS I DEF WOULD NOT PICK URZ!!!! Stick to fishing something u can't mess up!!!

Please fix this

Families pay preposterous amounts of money to keep in contact with their loved ones. Calls are choppy, half the time they don’t connect until the third or fourth try, and trying to contact customer service only leads to a busy tone after hearing “all circuits are busy.” Why are we being punished in addition to the person on the inside? Please, please address these issues. I understand you can’t do anything about the cost, and wouldn’t expect you to because we’re at your mercy so that you can profit. But for the love of god, at least make it function properly.
