Buggy and Unreliable

This is a buggy, glitchy, frustrating piece of software. It does not consistently update all accounts. Customer support is “working on” my problems and never provides a true resolution. This is really a pita. I don’t get reliable bank account info. Also, I have problems getting retirement account updates. I haven’t gotten a fully up-tp-date and accurate readout for my accounts for over a year. Some of the info is good, but one must really pay attention to what isn’t good.

Furthermore, the info display mysteriously drops data such as cost bases. Don’t really need that, right?

This is a minor league piece of software in a major league world. I have learned to use it with skepticism and never rely on it for anything potentially consequential.

Lost functionality-Activity screen

Love this app on my iPhone 8+ with iOS 14.0.1. It’s easy to use and gives a quick snapshot of your account. Unfortunately, for about the last year, the activity tab no longer allows scrolling for more than 1 screen. I’m hoping that can be fixed soon. Also, the screen shots on the App Store show what the application looks like in a browser, not the mobile app.
Update-Thank you! I received an email from the developer. The scrolling bug on the activity screen is fixed. I updated this app from 4 stars to 5 stars. Added that star for functionality and for developer response to a reported problem.

NOT user friendly, bad user interface, Good Concepts

When I started using investor 360 I was excited to track my investments digitally but after months of use this app and software is one of the least user friendly apps I’ve ever used. Compared to other investment apps like Robin Hood and Stash and E-trade..etc this app is so subpar. Makes me uneasy putting money in their hands. The stock percentages are not tracked accurately or in real time. And why does the app look like it was meant to run on Windows XP?? Looks terrible. there are good things with the app but the bad things make me want to switch. I hope they look into this or I won’t be using this app for long.
