We are new members of a local invited club and are new to the app. Our club so far is great! However, it is surprising and disappointing to see how terrible the app is! We get frequent errors (a red screen) when we are simply just clicking around in the app to learn about events it view our reservations or bills, etc. Once we make a reservation (for anything), you can sometimes edit the participants but can’t edit dates and times. Of course, if I’m changing the reservation, it’s almost never to bring a different wife or children 🤪 but because we are trying to change the date and/time. You’re forced to cancel the whole reservation and rebook. Quite annoying! Today, we can’t see or book Tee times at our club for today or any future date. We can never see the Tee sheet although this is an option in the app. The user interface is not terrible but the user experience is horrible! Really hope this gets revamped soon!

I have two main issues with the app: The information under the MY RESERVATION tab is not updated if any changes are made to the original reservation. The home page on the mobile app, under the My Reservations tab displays scheduled tee times and the players in the group when the initial time and group is assigned. Any later changes to the players does NOT get changed. For example, if someone drops out or adds in, this NOT reflected on this home page reservation. The change can be found on the Tee Sheet page but this is in a different area of the app. and requires SEVEN steps to view. To summarize: After I make a tee time I have no idea who I am really playing with unless I do the following from the apps home page: 1) click the plus button 2) click Book a tee time 3) pick the date 4) click Find Tee Times 5) click Tee Sheet 6) scroll to my assigned times 7) open the tee time. Separate issue – sometimes I get a confirmation email from the club with changes made to the original tee time and sometimes I don’t so I can’t rely on the club to inform me of changes. The app can’t be viewed in landscape mode.This is particularly frustrating when viewing the tee sheet. There isn’t room for all the names to be displayed so you must individually open every tee time to see who is in the group. Once you click to view the entire group, the app assumes you are trying to add yourself to that tee time if there is an opening so to exit you have to click “cancel” and then answer, “Are you sure you want to exit without saving your changes?” to get back to the main tee time page.

I don’t write reviews because despite good intentions when they’re well-deserved, I forget or I just can’t be bothered. I am so bothered by this absolute piece of garbage app that I’m taking the time to provide this well-deserved review. I just updated it after it logged me out as it likes to do intermittently (which ironically is about how often this thing actually works so I guess good job keeping on brand), because even though I have a valid account and have for more than four years, it’s going to force me to change my password before it’s able to find it for me. This app is painful. It takes forever to open, and then anything you’re trying to view takes equally as long to load. Considering the app is one that with a membership we all undoubtedly overpay for, you would think they’d try a little harder. Or at all.

This app is very unreliable. Connectivity is very spotty and the UI displays incorrect data about upcoming reservations. Half of the time, the app is completely unavailable. I spent a lot of money to join my club and the invited network, but this app makes me feel uninvited. Very disappointed in the experience so far and I really hope that club corp/invited will take an action item to get this app working reliably. It’s also remarkable that reviews from several years ago are expressing the same discontent with the app and there is still no remedy in place. Speaks volumes about the company as a whole! I’m a software engineer myself and the user experience doesn’t lie. If the developers/maintainers of this app care about the quality of their work, then they should take the repeated feedback about poor performance to heart. This is what you do for a living and it’s pretty embarrassing. Though, I’m willing to bet that most of their development is outsourced to cheap overseas developers.
