Great initiative Post office but need improvement
I think this app from Postoffice is great. Very easy and convenient to transfer money and see the post office saving bank as well. A big humble request-
Is it possible to see the FD and others items to see inside the app. Or maybe can we get a way to create FD. I have FD and every quarter getting interest paid to me in post office saving bank. I can see the interest accumulated however I can’t see my FD and other post office plans. It should be like Sbi or other banks where you can access all fd as well. We should be able to access all of our Postoffice products.
Please implement it in next release. If can’t make the ability to create and break the fd better just have ability to view the fd like we have for Postoffice saving bank.
Buggy software
After entering the account number, customer Id, DOB etc, it is giving one prompt that “slow internet connection”. (We are in a high speed internet connection).
After filling all the security questions, OTP generation time is only 30sec(please increase this time), OTP unable to enter. When filling OTP from auto fill form, it is not working. Please fix the issues as it is difficult for people like us who are staying outside the country. Please create a website as well, so that people instead of fully dependable on this software can use that for transactions.
