Poorly designed app
Display issues everywhere—text overwrites, items off screen, etc. Navigation is poorly through out and confusing. It’s like they shoved a quick and dirty slimmed down version of the website into a mobile app, which doesn’t work.
Ironscales is a good product, it’s just the mobile app that’s terrible. Needs a redesign.
Perfect supplement
Having this app push notifications of when phishing emails have been reported is a fantastic feature of the Ironscales suite!
Broken
App no longer lets you navigate to classified incidents, due to a new “bar” that covers the classified/unclassified incidents drop down.
This is due to this app being simply a poor wrapper of a web site, and changes on said website have negatively affected the way the app lays out.
So far it’s been like this 2 weeks and apparently no one at IRONSCALES has noticed… which is scary.
