I can’t find my watch on the app and messages are not working
Not that good I also have to forget this divise to do it and it still does not work and i can’t connect to the watch then it says connection failed when I did exactly what it said and get rid of the forget this device and so please fix your problems in the app

The concept is nice.
After having an apple Watch it it stop hold a charge after two years i decided to go with an alternative watch this is super nice it will keep track and steps! My only issue with the watch it does not hold the information and it doesn’t synch well with the app so i have a lot of day were it did not automatically synch or partially synched and its a little discouraging or aggravating especially if you are using it as a tool for weight-loss. Because all those steps matter! It also dies not allow you to answer phone calls in the watch but you can reject a phone call! If you are using it for weight-loss its still a helpful tool just make sure you refresh the app or document your data on the watch before midnight.

Regarding the calling and texting feature, please note that the current line of our watches does not include this but supports plain notifications. Groundhog Day
For the last few day my watch and app unlink and I have to start all over again like its the movie Groundhog Day. And it is really hard to get them linked again. The app won’t latch in to the watch. I sync them, attach them in the app, and each time the app says it is attached, but it isn’t.
I have tried restarting my bluetooth but that wasn’t helpful. I tell it to forget the device and start over. That worked once but then it detached the next morning. I deleted and reloaded the app; worked once but then it detaches the next day.
I am very frustrated and ready to take the watch back to the store where I bought it. BTW I have had it about a month is all. I want this to work because everything else about the watch is good. .
