ITEL Now takes the feedback received from users of the original ITEL App and integrates it into a more intuitive and responsive user interface. The new UI is combined with the same back-end software systems and accurate lab analysis process, so you’ll still receive lab reports in under 30 minutes. We’re confident you’ll find ITEL Now a progressive step forward in claims app technology.
ITEL Now guides you through taking the necessary photos and measurements for upload to our lab, where every test is performed by an ITEL analyst. New features include:
• Streamlined claims workflow
• Video help to show you how to perform each step
• Checklist and at-a-glance icons to help you review your photos
• More feedback on the progress of your test submission
• More intuitive navigation
• Test carpet, wood, laminate, vinyl flooring, siding, and roofing in the app and skip sending the sample
• You can also send a sample to ITEL using the app
If you have any feedback or encounter issues, we can help you immediately! Call 800-890-4835 or firstname.lastname@example.org. ITEL live support is available Monday-Friday, 8AM-9PM Eastern Time.

ITEL is going downhill. The app is slow as heck to log in, often it takes two minutes or more once you put in your login info just to get to the home screen. This wouldn’t be so bad if the app didn’t make you login every time, but it does. There have been some slight improvements in the past year but this is not one of them, it has gotten worse. The app still has problems with UI and in general doesn’t display enough information.
Had problems logging in.
Had problems logging in had to delete app and download again. It has let me login right away. Hope this is not an ongoing problem. In the past the app has worked great, able to process samples of materials quickly.
Needs a lot of work
First, having to wait a few days to get your account info processed so you can log in seems a bit 1988. The process itself is just making it harder for the field tech to do his/her job on top of the number of steps to complete one sample.
The app itself is already outdated, they probably consulted with NextGear Solutions on how to make a horrible product. Doesn’t use FaceID but asks if I want to use TouchID on my iPhone XS Max. I’ll update this as I somehow work my way through this waste.
Update 1 - There doesn’t seem to be a way to actually complete a training test to get a feel for the product.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
