Is it Dry.... Sho Nuff ,

Next gear needs to go to the next gear .... Horrific

Bar none the most horrific app I’ve ever seen written by a company. its almost as if next gear had a Groupon and gave it to the software developers that we’re going out of business and they subcontracted it to people who sold them a wooden nickel.

I’m in the mitigation industry. This is a classic example of how the system has failed us all. Next gear solutions has never used this app themselves in the field. It appears they sell it to contractors in the Restoration business who have no concept of writing software or developing a Mobile app. Next gear then takes 75% of the money for themselves then proceed to find someone in India ,Pakistan or Vietnam to write the program for 25% of that money ( whom have no concept of what Mitigation and Restoration is ) boom we get a boo boo app. It’s embarrassing to work for a multi million dollar company and rely upon an app my 16 year old could have written with his friends after an all night session of Rocket League.

Nice try ... it does not matter what you think the reality is this app is horrible.

I would rather shove needles under my toe nails and kick a wall than use this app.

Worst functioning app I’ve ever used. And I HAVE to use it daily because it’s what my company uses. Basically whatever you DON’T want an app to do, this one does it anyway. It makes my days longer than necessary because it takes so long to load, and then crashes when you finally get to where you were trying to go. This app is the bane of my existence. One star is giving it too much credit, but alas I can’t go lower than that. I’m shocked that the developers of this app thought it was okay to put on the App Store with how poorly it performs.

A great solution to a complicated problem

This software has taken the task of organizing a restoration company and all its data points to the next level. The software is designed to be useful to Company is just starting out as well as companies that have multiple offices and multiple employees.
Their pricing structure allows you to add as many employees as users without paying a penalty Gus improve in compliance with processes and procedures throughout the entire company. The mobile app is invaluable.
I love this software and it has changed my business.
