Wow! So much functionality in one tiny little app!

I have been searching for an app to be able to catalog the inventory of my creator workshop. There have been som many times that I wanted to make something and I knew that I “should” have all the pieces to make the item, yet I didn’t know where those pieces were in my workshop. Or I was out on a film set an needed a tool or item, knew I had the item or tool, but did not know which of the 15 bags or boxes that I brought the item or tool was located.This app has given me a way to look through my workshop and various boxes and bags for any item at the click of a button. I use the app on a daily basis and find that I am more organized by using it.Also, I have used the technical support and they are phenomenal!

This app is without a doubt the best! It was easy to install, and even though there is no manual, it is very user friendly. I just started using it, and as I went along I learned more and more. I like to keep track of my belongings and have used databases in the past, but nothing like this one. It allows me to take pictures of the items and insert warranties and receipts and other applicable info. I can keep track of the location of each item, so they can be easily found. When I had a question about my log-in, I emailed customer support. Steve responded quickly and was very helpful. I look forward to using this app frequently. Thank you, Itemtopia developers for providing such a useful app.

I've looked at and tried many inventory apps and Itemtopia is the best by far. It's easy to use, but they have great videos that walk you through the process. I use it on my iMac, iPad and iPhone where they sync very quickly.Over the years, I've had a few issues with the software, so I emailed their support team and within minutes they respond and usually within 20 minutes the issue is resolved. Amazing!!

I use it on my iMac, iPad and iPhone where they sync very quickly.Over the years, I've had a few issues with the software, so I emailed their support team and within minutes they respond and usually within 20 minutes the issue is resolved. Amazing!!

This review is ONLY for others like me looking for a free cataloging app. Unless you have less than 20 items, don’t bother downloading.I was simply looking for something easier than taking photos and adding text to it. The app tells you some things that you need the premium version for. But what it didn’t tell me was that I could only log 20 items. It told me I had a limited number of categories and reports. None of which I really needed, as I intended to just log my collectibles into 2 or 3 categories. However, only having 20 items able to be logged in free version makes this entirely unusable in that regard. I gave it 2 stars because I’m sure it’s great as a paid service, but I’m not paying $80/year for something I CAN do for free.
