I’ve been using this app and I’ve been a premium member for a year. The app has always been nice. They make updates to the app every once in a while that makes things feel fresh and new. If I ever have an issue (once because I was trying to switch from paying through Apple to through the app). I contacted “tech support aka james Shaw). He was so responsive and fixed my issue within an hour! In 1 year I’ve lost over 20lbs and I’ve gained so much knowledge that I’m not afraid that after this “diet” I will gain it back. I now know how to lose the weight! This app has teaching, accountability, amazing workouts, and a great interface!

Great information on nutrition, recipes, lifting techniques and exercises to build muscles! There is a macro calculator to help you determine your nutritional intake to gain muscle or lose fat. Best of all - you have a choice to request a personal fitness plan based on your goals.
I signed up for the 3 month Premium Plan - a one time purchase. No regrets at all!! I have access to a PT for questions about my plan, as well as support on using the app. The JSA team response has been fabulous. I feel they truly care about assisting me with finding the best program that fits my current health needs and fitness goals.

I love this program and the new app is fantastic! The trainers usually respond within a couple of hours of messaging them. The videos are so helpful, I watch them most every time I workout. I watch James Smith on Instagram and he has changed my mindset on dieting and workouts. Plus he is hysterical! Game changer in the fitness world. Worth the money!
