Now, that same great food is available on the go. Skip the line and order on the Jason's Deli App for delivery and take-out!

We've recently updated our app to be compatible with our new online ordering site. You’ll need to reset your password upon opening after the update. Click on “Forgot Password” to generate a new password.

You'll continue to earn new Deli Dollars while we keep your existing Deli Dollars safe in our Deli Dollar vault. Your existing Deli Dollars will be carried over during our upcoming releases.

This locals fave for a decade I believe!!

Been loving this place for over a decade I believe at this location! This local's fave. Especially the baked potatoes or soup! Salad bar is most excellent when you have youngsters and are dining in with healthy finger food and soft serve ice cream! Plus they do lunch for our kid's school, which is a healthy option for them compared to old school lunch lady - land food. Best and worst memories. Haha! Happy they do that now!

App is not accessible for blind users and customer service is no help

I have tried numerous times to reset my password and to sign in and the app is not accessible with text to speech screen readers for the blind. I called customer service, but got transferred from customer service to IT and then he wanted to transfer you back to customer service no one wanted to help me and they do not care about accessibility. It’s very much a shame because our local Jason‘s deli the people are very kind and very nice and the food is delicious. The app is horrible though and Jason‘s deli does not care about accessibility for blind users. Our money is just as good as a sided person. It’s frustrating because I don’t get my points and I don’t get the rewards that sided people do. Very disappointed shame on you Jason‘s deli., you could do so much better.

App NOT USER FRIENDLY

I’ve been trying to set up my acct on the app and I’m sick of it. It rejects Apple’s suggested strong passwords because it tended to use the same special characters. When you try again it tells you Login failed due to multiple tries after 2 tries. I reset and it takes me to the website to order and not straight to the reset screen so you have to figure out where to find that. I have reset twice and it’s given me the same token key which by the way gets saved by Apple so it thinks that’s the password. So the website thinks it’s a duplicate try and kicks you out.
I place large orders, not going to a place where the app can’t even get off the ground. I’ve been to the restaurant twice to scope it out for group orders. I like it but if I can’t order via app I can’t patronize you.
