Awesome ICE CREAM!
We love Jenni’s Ice Cream! My boyfriend, his daughter and I are obsessed! We come here at least once a week! They are in love with the Texas Sheet Cake and I’m the #1 fan of the Lavender! Shout out to Sydney our area manager! I bartend at Carrabbas across the street from your UTC store and she came in and ate with me and we just had such a genuine connection she is amazing!!!! She also gave me some free scoops of ice cream! My family and I were so thankful! We don’t have a lot of money right now so it was nice to be able to still continue to go to our favorite ice cream shop during our trying times! The staff here is also awesome they are always so friendly and nice! Thank you Sydney and Jenni’s!!! 😍😍😍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Worth the calories
Ice cream has never been my #1 favorite treat…..until now. Jeni’s splendid ice creams are the magical combination of salty and sweet, savory and sweet, crunchy and smooth. Even the waffle cone is an experience - the flavors are so inventive and original.
Can’t wait for the peach jam and biscuit to come back! But in the meantime try them all!

Great ice cream, not a great delivery model
Jeni’s ice cream is awesome, but ordering on the app isn’t so great. Because Jeni’s uses Uber Direct as a third-party delivery service through their app for local deliveries , there is nobody to help if there is a problem with the delivery of your order. If your order never arrives, you can’t contact Jeni’s to report an issue, and Uber Direct is not connected to Uber Eats, so their customer service has no record of an order being placed. So you end up getting screwed since you can’t get a refund. Better to just order directly through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or GrubHub so there’s a record of the order in case there is an issue.
