The Joppa infinity robot is great all, but there is a few downsides with the app. When you try using the random in multiple places the ball launches in the same place. I don’t understand the point of a random setting if it is not even random. Also when you try to position the ball on the top left and top right corners (meaning the corners near the ends of the net) it always hits the net no matter what setting. Lastly, when you watch the videos it doesn’t actually do anything with the Joola infinity robot. It plays a 2 second video of text saying “Get Joola infinity bot ready!” But nothing happens. Maybe it should at least take you to the play section where you can optimize the robot. It seems like just minor bug fixes, except that these would actually be really helpful if they were fixed. I expected more from such an expensive robot.

I bought a gen3 paddle that “came” with a free month. Just like that paddle, this app has been pretty much a failure in execution. The free month never worked and my apple subscription I set up never allowed me to view any of the premium lessons. I’m now caught in a loop of not being able to delete my account due to an “active” subscription but still being told by the app I have no such subscription. I’ve spent money on stupider things but I’m infuriated at the lack of replies from Joola infinity to my initial email and then the gall to try to charge my credit card despite not having a subscription. Buyer beware on here, content seemed interesting but I’d warn others against their infinite black hole subscription that only allows money in and no content out.
Every update creates more bugs than fixes old bugs

I use it with my joola infinity robot. After the previous update, it finally started to do it’s main function: random balls. Before it just stopped when you choose the random ball. But my happiness was only 2 weeks: after the last update(2.0) it stopped to perform random again and added additional major bug: crash the app if you are trying to adjust the ball (if you have more than 1 ball per square). How long should I wait fixes: 11 months as the previous update? A little advice for developers: please concentrate efforts on bug fixes instead of new functionality, try to not resurrect the known bugs with every other update!
Robot completely gone

The app has always been fine for my needs in regards to making custom drills and saving them. HOWEVER. Yesterday when I tried to use the Infinity Robot (the only way to use it is through drills in the app) suddenly the robot was NOWHERE to be seen, and there was no longer an option to connect a robot. I need this capability in order to use the robot… the robot is worthless without the app. PLEASE FIX so my $500 robot does not become a clothes drying rack in my basement.
