Your trainer books the slot. You log the plate. Both of you see the same day — sessions left, what you ate, and a nudge before every session. JunkBack is one app for a trainer and their clients. IF YOU TRAIN PEOPLE Add a client by name and send them an invite. Set a package — a start date and a number of sessions — then book slots day by day, or pick repeat weekdays and fill the whole package at once. Your dashboard shows every client, sessions done and left, and who needs a renewal. Open any client to see what they ate today and send them a note. IF YOU TRAIN Log food by photographing your plate, photographing the bill, or typing a line like "chai 120". Log workouts by activity and minutes. See your next session, how many are left, and get a reminder the evening before and an hour before. WHEN PLANS CHANGE Ask your trainer to cancel a session and say why. They free the slot or keep it booked, and tell you which. Both sides keep the record. Join a trainer with a six-character code, or use JunkBack on your own. SUBSCRIPTION JunkBack Pro is $4.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.
