I love this platform!

I joined HIIT+ shortly after its release and I am so happy with the variety and content of the workouts! My favorite workouts are the 6-8 minute Rise & Shine flexibility/mobility workouts. There’s a new one posted every day and I try to do those every morning. So many fitness coaches swear by dynamic warm-ups and dynamic exercises to increase mobility, but it’s hard to actually find good dynamic exercises/videos in the online fitness universe. Austin, a one-man team, provides a new one EVERY DAY. This app is also much easier to use than the web platform, and I am so happy that I can save videos and view them offline for those occasional times I’m traveling and without internet! I can say enough good things about HIIT+, just give it a try for yourself and you’ll understand!

Just what i was looking for

Bought a rower near the end of the pandemic and tried a couple of different apps as a way to stay engaged and learn how to row. This is the best one i have found. Background music is barely noticeable. Each day there is a new focus and reminder of how to improve your form and understanding of why you are rowing the way you are. Also love that the workouts are for any level of fitness and you are taught what metrics to look and to gauge your improvement. Thank you, this is like working with a personal trainer who points out all the little ways we will unconsciously will break form while working out, so we can fix it.

I love this app!

I have been using Just Row for several years now, and I love that I can find super hard workouts, easy workouts and everything in between, depending on what I am looking for. I love that I can do bodyweight workouts, rowing challenges, stretches, this app covers everything!

Austin is an incredible, encouraging and intuitive coach. I have worked with him on a couple of challenges, and I enjoy his way of motivating me to do my very best. I also love that I can be doing a rowing challenge and laughing at the same time while working out, Austin has a way of making things fun!
