JustFit offers an auto-renewing subscription at $69.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to the VIP features. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

I feel good

Even though I just started this game, I feel amazing. I’ve always been like a shame about my body shape after doing one practice I’m starting to love this app even though I have to go to school I might even do this like over and over. I feel amazing I feel like this is gonna help me a lot. I really hope it does. I’m gonna try to do it in the mornings I woke up at like 6 AM no like seven and the practice is at eight and I feel amazing only like a 10 minute workout but it really helps you. I bet if you download this app you will feel amazing so far I am seeing muscles that was never there thank you a lot and I’m trying to reach my goal. This is so kid friendly and adult friendly I recommend you download this app I feel amazing I feel confident I feel good and I feel like you should download this app. Thank you for your time and I would like the team to respond back to me. great for starting your journey

I used to be very small and fit until about 7 or 8 months ago when I had my appendix removed, the recovery really set me back and I gained a lot of weight and also lost a lot of strength. This app is helping me gain that strength again while also losing a bit of weight. I don’t weigh myself because the numbers get to my head, so I’m going solely based off of how I feel and look. And after 2 and a half weeks I have to say I feel really good! The workouts are simple, but definitely get harder by the second and third week as the routines are longer, and you can easily add things like weight or a resistance band to make them more intense (I do this for almost all of the arm workouts by adding 5 lb weights and can actually feel the muscles in my arms now whereas before, I would flex and literally nothing would change in my arm!) Sometimes if a move is too simple, I just entirely change it and do something different for those 30/45 seconds. I also have been eating a little bit less as well as healthier foods, which is something I find necessary to lose weight. Although I do wish some of the moves were more intense, this app has really helped me start my fitness journey again and I can feel my strength building.

Still needs work

I got this app for the sitting exercises, unfortunately that is not what I received. I understand the plan is to follow the exercises on certain days. However with my work schedule I need to squeeze in workouts when I can. I attempted to do a workout for a different day, but the app told me I needed to start with day one. I didn’t have 36 minutes to workout at the time, so I was disappointed. When I was able to do a workout I learned the time of the session is not entirely accurate. The rest period and the demonstration time is not included. It would be nice to know the total time. Another problem I experienced is the pulse was not accurate at the start, too high (I compared it to my Apple Watch). And it was inaccurate at the end of my workout too low (again compared to my Apple Watch). In fact this app told me that I didn’t workout at all. I find that statement disappointing on an app that advertises people can exercise in bed or in a chair. Instead of discouraging people from doing these exercises perhaps a motivational suggestion would be more appropriate.

Also so much for no jumping exercises. What was the point of the questionnaire? The user can only choice one problem area. I said my knee yet I get jumping jacks, lunges and squat exercises and no chair exercises.
