Kaseya VSA integrated with BMS tickets on your mobile device, enables technicians on the move to quickly access asset and agent information on tickets. See the status of the agent and see what endpoints are online and offline, all while seeing the latest audit information about endpoints.

With BMS, create, view, assign, search, and update service tickets. You can capture notes, time entries and attachments such as photos all on your mobile device. If you have a service call associated with a ticket, you can find those tickets and see all details, such as this ticket requires a technician to go offsite which is great for both dispatchers and technicians. For IT Managers, get real time visibility into the IT environment by seeing ticket assignments, resolutions, critical tickets.

With VSA you can see recent events, like last time endpoint checked in. You can see agent and asset views and filter agents by views so you can filter down by agents. Filter by organization and machine groups for easy management.

Update

When are you planning on coming out with an update to this application? We have been using this application with our BSM and it is very, very limited at what we can do with this application on our mobile device. It almost appears this was just thrown together with very minimal features and published just so you could tell customers you have a mobile application that works with the software.

What is the road map for this application?

Misleading

You shouldn’t post images of features that aren’t implemented. It goes against Apple’s App Store review guidelines.

2.3.1 Don’t include any hidden or undocumented features in your app; your app’s functionality should be clear to end-users and App Review. Similarly, you should not market your app on the App Store or offline as including content or services that it does not actually offer (e.g. iOS-based virus and malware scanners). Egregious or repeated behavior is grounds for removal from the Developer Program. We work hard to make the App Store a trustworthy ecosystem and expect our app developers to follow suit; if you’re dishonest, we don’t want to do business with you.

We have recently published our latest Fusion release which includes MFA, Agent Procedure Execution and Logs along with enhanced filtering capability. We are working towards Live Connect functionality as we speak (service and process management just to name one). We look forward to your updated review.

Good start but missing SD Tickets

It installed fine and connected to my server. I can see agents and assets. However, I do not see my Service Desk tickets. I am using the built-in service desk, not BMS. The picture on this store gives the impression that all tickets are supported. Please explain or support integrated tickets as well. Thank you.
