I bought a T50M pro label maker 7 months ago.The printer itself is great, and the app has been up until this point as well. Every time I try and open the app, it closes on me before I can connect my Bluetooth to the printer. Super annoying considering I NEED this label maker to work so I can make my living. No updates popping up or nothing. Just won’t work for me. Also been impossible to get ahold of the app developers.Buyers beware. Might be worth the extra money to go with a different brand so you can avoid the predicament I’m currently in.

I have been very happy with my label maker. This weekend I was in the middle of project and had a problem it had an error message about data and then wouldn’t print or turn off. I put it back in its box it eventually turned off and I charged it fully. Next day tried and it worked for one label I was busy and turned it off and now a few days later I tried and it is doing the same thing error with data and won’t turn off ? I replaced paper and checked that my app was updated and nothing had worked so far. Love the machine. Help?

I was concern after seeing the star rating. I decided to download and give it a try and am happy with the ap and label maker itself. I watched a couple of tutorial videos and was able to do all the things they show. Honestly, I will probably keep to the basic stuff, but it has other creative features for those who would like to embellish their labels more. Overlook the low star ratings; it deserves better than that.

I’ve been using this app & label printer for well over a year. I love it for the most part. Sometimes I accidentally print a 2nd label when pressing the off button but other than that, it’s great. It lets me save my own templates. For example file folder labels are so easy. I just choose my template and edit the words.
