• Business card scanner: Scan business cards, which will be automatically transcribed and added as a contact in Keap phone call app.

• Easy contact import: Import your business contacts directly from your real phone number.

• Appointment scheduler (For users of Keap Lite, Keap Pro, Keap Max editions only): View your appointments or book appointments directly through the phone call app so you can manage your business line on the go

• Accept payments: View, edit, create and send invoices allowing you to request payment on the go.

Keap Business Line Features (For users of Keap Pro and Keap Max editions in the U.S. and Canada only):

• Displays caller ID so you always know if the call is meant for your personal or business line. Use the Keap phone number caller ID to quickly see if the call is from your business line so you can answer your sideline number like a pro every time.

• Works as a personalized real phone number generator to easily create or change a virtual number to exactly what you want. Choose your own local number or change phone numbers to a customized number like 555-4MY-HOME so it's memorable for your small business and your clients. It’s a second phone number generator with you in charge.

• Auto replies when you’re away. SMS and call forwarding auto-replies when you miss a text or call on your business line so you never miss out on following up with a lead or an important client.

• Let's you set your business schedule. Set a snooze schedule to pause business line calls and SMS notifications while sideline auto-replies for you to stay connected to your leads while you focus on other things that matter.

• Allows for customization of your business line voicemail. Set up custom voicemail greetings so your second phone number for your business line is specific to your business. Plus, voicemails are automatically transcribed to help you save time and respond quicker.

Our mobile app team is regularly updating the Keap Mobile app to add new features, fix bugs, improve app performance, and create an overall better user experience for iOS users.

**Invoices**
• App users can include sales tax on invoices created, viewed, or edited through the app^
• Invoices can once again be sent via text message through the app^

**Contacts**
• Searching for and viewing contacts loads faster and more reliably
• Fixed some confusing experiences when using the ‘Scan business card’ feature
• Tags can be updated and deleted for a contact

**Comms**
• Fixed a problem that was preventing users from getting push notifications for incoming calls or texts^
• Templates can once again be included in emails sent through the app
• Viewing details of a group text no longer crashes the app^

**Miscellaneous**
• Tasks once again display and load properly
• Stopped the keyboard from popping up too aggressively and covering input fields
• Restored the “actions” menu that disappeared from several pages in the app
• Improvements to the performance of the Appointments feature in the app^
• Additional bug fixes and user experience improvements

This app is simple, easy & POWERFUL

Since using this app I’ve noticed my interactions in sales will be coming easier and more streamlined to manage with this app. The simplicity, usefulness and reliability have really been invaluable when it comes to FRICTIONLESS communication. Everything I need is in one place. Making calls, sending emails, text messaging contacts and being able to do this All under one app has been a game changer. Whether it’s speaking, sales over the phone, belly to belly or other opportunities I’ve literally been able to leverage more connections and make more sales. I’ve used this app to set appointments, message clients with ease and be able to have clients top of mind awareness. Not only has this been invaluable from a sales point of view but our business is more streamlined as a result of the continuity of Keap. I was apart of Infusionsoft classic for 11 years as was ready to leave until Keap came along. Ever since we’ve been leveraging the app to make sales easier.

Sleek and easy!

This app is so sleek! It has been really helpful organizing my photography business.
I use it to keep all my client notes and reminders in one place instead of in different apps and spreadsheets.
I LOVE the quick reply feature... I dont have to type the same thing over and over again, especially when I can't look at my phone.
Being able to take pictures of all my old business cards instead of having to type all that info is nice!
Only thing missing is the ability to turn off notifications at night.. that would make my life so much easier.

Cost me thousands of dollars

Keap will do whatever it takes to keep your individual application running when you pay month to month. If you however agree to the discounted annual contract your individual account management will ghost you. Since signing my annual contract my application has lost 24/7 customer support as my primary and his team doesn’t respond, my recurring billing management broke costing me thousands as it reported clients as current simply because the software hadn’t sent the bills out some months, scheduling integration with Outlook breaks routinely resulting in missed opportunities or double bookings, and the email integration with outlook routinely breaks. When I paid month to month my rep would fix my applications issues within days now it’s months. Stay away as there are so many other great CRM products on the market. You know it’s bad when the Keap Academy instructor agrees that their scheduling software isn’t reliable and he recommends everyone use ScheduleOnce for the time being. That’s been my experience pay Keap for services yet also pay for separate billing and scheduling applications as you can’t trust Keap to stay operational.
