Employees simply carry their phone to job sites. If enabled, KeepsApp will automatically record a timesheet when employees enter and exit the location. Or, if preferred, employees can manually enter timesheets.
Insightful reports group timesheets by client, employee, or day. You can download timesheet information, in CSV format, to integrate into your existing billing and payroll systems.
Integrated Invoicing
When it’s time to bill your clients, generate an invoice based on your timesheets for the client. Invoices automatically calculate amount due based off of the timesheets you already made.
Easy Setup
Import your client addresses and employee mobile numbers from your contacts or easily add new data directly. Client information is automatically sync’d to employee phones.
