Now check what came back. KitLoop helps photographers, filmmakers, tradespeople, and event crews keep track of the equipment they take on the move. Build reusable kits, identify items with photos, and check gear out and back in with printed QR labels. From a camera bag to a tool kit, keep your packing and return checks in one place. Supports three languages: English, Spanish, and French, Deutsch and Ukrainian. Choose the language in Settings. Deutsch, and Українська. BUILD YOUR KITS Give each item a name and add up to four photos. Group your equipment into reusable kits so you can prepare for the next job without starting from scratch. PACK WITH A CHECKLIST Choose your kits for a trip and check off what you take. Use checkboxes or scan QR labels. Only packed items appear on your return checklist. CHECK WHAT COMES BACK See which items still need to be returned. Mark them manually or scan their labels. Finish with a clear record of what came back and what is still missing. PRINT YOUR OWN QR LABELS KitLoop automatically creates a QR code for each item. Export labels with item names, print them, and attach them to your gear. Renaming an item does not change its QR code. SHARE KITS WITH EDITING PROTECTION Send a kit with its photos and QR codes in a .cplct file. Add an editing code so the recipient can pack and check returns without changing your list. Share the code separately when you want to allow edits. SEND A RETURN REPORT Share completed trip results as a PDF or a KitLoop report file, including items returned, missing, or recovered later. KEEP YOUR DATA WITH YOU Kits and photos are stored on your device. Packing, scanning, and return checks work offline. Export a backup to keep a separate copy of your data. No KitLoop account required. START FREE Create up to two kits with five items each. Keep one trip active at a time and start another after it is completed. There is no limit on the number of trips you can complete. UNLOCK KITLOOP PRO Remove the plan limits on the number of kits and items. Each item supports up to four photos, and one trip can be active at a time. Sharing kits and reports does not automatically sync changes between devices. Editing protection controls changes within KitLoop; it does not encrypt shared files. KitLoop works offline for core features: creating kits and items, packing and return checklists, QR scanning, trip history, local backups, and sharing kit/report files via the system share sheet. An internet connection is only needed for App Store purchases/restore, promo offer codes from Apple, and opening Privacy Policy or Terms links.
