Imagine not allowing me to download

I’m very disappointed with this application. My daughter has a doctor’s appointment, and I requested the imaging from her MRI. Children’s Hospital directed me to use this app, but I haven’t been able to open the files, not even on my computer. Medical records should be easy for parents to access, especially when they are needed for an upcoming appointment. This has been frustrating and stressful, and I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
Compromised hacker app
Phishing and hackers
I installed this app by accident and all my devices and accounts were compromised within the hour. The app doesn’t even have an uninstall option. Meanwhile, while you’re trying to protect and secured all your stuff, more software is being downloaded onto your devices.
Cannot download files to your device

The app does not seem to work to download files to your device. So if you are on your mobile device, you have to do it through the web browser… which seems to defeat the purpose of having the app.
