Gets the done job!

Love the simple user interface. It has all the basic exercises and stretches to keep your knee protected and fit.

I would love to see video demonstrations of the exercises in the future if possible.

I love the app! It has lots of variable options for a healthier knee! The timer and repetition sets helps me work harder on the knee exercises.
