Description

Kualto is like a crystal ball that tells you how much money you will have at any point in time, not just at the end of the month.

Keep organized by tracking your spending, and plan ahead by forecasting your cash flow and account balance.

Pay off your debt. Use our Balance Report to see how long it will take you to do so, and to catch any red flags months before something becomes a problem.

While most budgeting applications focus on your past spending, with Kualto you can focus on your future by projecting your beginning and ending balance each week.

You can afford more than you think. With our forecasting approach you can see how much you can spend, and when you can spend it!

See the consequences of your decisions before you make them. Play with 'what if' scenarios so you can make the right choices.

Always know what's coming up. Use transaction statuses to keep track of what is still due, and what's been paid.

Pay on time. Receive reminders so you know when bills are due, avoid late fees, and pay responsibly.

Your Kualto account can be accessed via the app or with a browser. No need to sync or back anything up. Access your data from anywhere.

How it works:

- Enter your account's current balance.

- Enter your bills and your income and how often they occur ("bi-weekly", for example).

- Track your balance each week and navigate forward or backward up to 30 years.

- Watch how your spending today affects your account balance in the future, and make spending decisions accordingly.

- Get reminders for bills that are due so you never pay late again.

After the 30-day trial, you must subscribe to continue using the app. These subscriptions are auto-renewing. You have the option of an Annual or Monthly subscription.

Very good future budget planner

I really like this app. I used to use another app but it didn’t really sync between devices and I could only add one account. I like that I can budget for any account like credit cards too or savings. I also like the categories and how you can have subcategories like a food category and also a groceries and restaurant subcategory individually. Helps keep everything really organized. It would be nice if I could do a recurring purchase for like every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc instead of having to make recurring weekly purchases individually but that’s not too big of a deal. The only real negative is it’s sometimes slow when I first load up the app and when I go in to confirm recurring purchases have hit my account. It does it on my iPad mini and my iPhone 13 so I don’t think it’s my devices. It would be nice if it was a little more seamless but it doesn’t bother me that much. Hopefully they fix that but really good app if you can get past that! And worth the $5 a month to me. 🙂

Why is everything in life a subscription now?

I love this app, read all the reviews, it does everything you’ve been looking for to forecast budgeting and balances and making sure you’re not late…. But why can’t it just have the option to be a stand alone app with a one time purchase? I don’t want or need to sync and access across the web onto computers. No log in or password. It’s a simple spend down budget with graphs, just the app on my phone is perfect. But a subscription for $50 a year? Forever? Wish there was a tier to simply buy the app outright, period. Don’t need another subscription in my life. *Also- seeing as how I’m going to have to pay it anyway, I do need this - my suggestion is to be able to see more than one week at a time. The option to see the whole month or many months in one scrolling page as opposed to arrowing through the weeks up too would be great.

Why can’t you increase timeline and add inflation

I really liked the app, and it allows me to track/enter all the information I need. However, it gets unrealistic when I’m trying to project a cost 5 years from now without being able to say the price of this service inflates at X%. Additionally why is there a limit on 360 months?
