Try deleting the app and reinstalling

I too was frustrated that the app wouldn’t work and there seemed to be no way to enable the microphone. Deleting and reinstalling did the trick! Translators are always so helpful and polite. So valuable in school, Thank you!

Permissions issue

App keeps asking for microphone and camera permissions but there is no option for allowing same in settings nor in app settings. Please fix it to make app usable.

I will give them 0 due all Deaf n hoh shouldn’t pay at all due to ADA law n much more
It is great for hospital to use but wondering if our insurance have to pay for it
Not every state or town do provide VRI ASL interpreter
BEWARE TO ALL DEAF N HOH DO NOT USE THIS APP
