Estimates and invoices stay in sync Editing an accepted estimate now updates its invoice and keeps any payments already made. An estimate can't be lowered below what the client has already paid. Crew notes Internal notes are now Crew notes, and the crew and helpers on a job can read them. Improvements • Invoice lines keep their details when edited, and show them on the invoice and PDF. • Measurements keep square-foot area lines and show them in sq ft. • The package chooser offers only the chosen package's optional items. • Crew see the pictures for designs made in the web editor. • A failed team invite says why, for example when the person is already a member. • Lines linked to a tree estimate keep that link when an estimate is edited. • LumenAI designs save more reliably on a weak connection.

Mark exactly what to light In LumenAI, tap Mark on the presets step to trace roof edges, outline windows and doors, and circle shrubs — only what you mark gets lit. Pinch with two fingers to zoom in and trace precisely. Compare before and after Drag the slider across a LumenAI result to compare it with the original photo, or tap the picture to view it full screen and zoom in. Job helpers Put more than one team member on a job. Helpers see the job in their app, and scheduling warnings check everyone on the job. Improvements • LumenAI tells you when it re-rendered a design to follow your marks, or when a result may still need a look. • LumenAI results open at the top of the screen.

Open LightMaster links straight in the app Links to an estimate, proposal, invoice, job or customer — from email, messages or your AI tools — now open the matching record in LightMaster. Without the app, the same links still open on the web. Improvements • Job links open the full office job screen for office users; crew still see their run sheet. • The Schedule refreshes by itself when you come back to the app and when Lumen changes a job. Fixes • Opening Settings no longer freezes the app for a moment.

Multi-day installs that skip days Schedule a multi-day install on weekdays only, or on the exact days you work. The calendar leaves the off days open, and every screen counts working days (“Day 3 of 10”). Install maps for every job Install maps the office files for a client now show up on each of that client's jobs, so crews always have the map on site. Lumen, your AI assistant • Approving an action now updates the same card with the result. • Lumen reopens your last conversation after the app restarts. • More results link straight to the record: estimates, duplicated estimates, crew assignments, review requests, group chats and intake forms. • Voice messages to Lumen are more reliable, and words you delete stay deleted. • The keyboard stays up while Lumen replies, and the newest message stays in view. Fixes • Fixed a crash when allowing microphone access. • Fixed the Schedule header sliding on its own.

• Help & support is now one tap away in the Lumen button's quick actions. File a ticket or check on your open tickets without leaving the app. • A clearer new-ticket form: step through each field with Next, see what you type above the keyboard, then Submit. • Support notifications open the ticket they're about, including replies from our team and status updates. • Edit a client's name, company, email, phone and address right from their profile. • Fixes: tapping a notification no longer closes the app, clearing a field on a client now saves, and a few smaller improvements.

• LumenAI renders now run in the background. Leave the screen or the app and we'll let you know the moment your mockup is ready. • Unsaved renders: LumenAI renders you didn't save are kept for 7 days on the New mockup screen, and leaving with an unsaved render now asks first. • Push notifications for your business: proposals accepted or declined, contracts signed, deposits and invoices paid, new client messages, new leads and service requests. Tap one to open the right screen. • A new welcome for first-time users, plus guided tours you can replay anytime from Settings. • Fixes and polish.

Bug fixes: • Schedule: every job type, including rehangs, now appears on the calendar by default. If filters hide a day's jobs, the calendar says so and offers Show all jobs. • Client files & photos: photo previews load reliably, and photos and documents now open inside the app — swipe between photos, pinch to zoom, and share documents.
