Limber experience

I just completed my rehab both with a face to face therapist and a virtual therapist. This review is about my experience with limber and the therapist assigned to me. Like everyone else going through therapy it is sometimes grueling and most times boring. So much so that you never do the exercises on your own even though it would get you healed faster. This was my first experience with Limber and I was quite surprised and Thankful for being on this program. My therapist Jen stayed in constant contact with me to encourage me to do my exercises and the Limber app was a great way to stay on track. With the app (which had my specific exercises designed by my in person rehab therapist) and Jen you had the constant overseeing so you did the work you needed to do because you knew someone was checking and you didn’t want to let them down and also yourself. Jen worked hand in hand with my primary therapist so everyone was on the same page. It got to the point that I enjoyed the exercise routine and did it without thinking as part of my daily routine.
I highly recommend to anyone going through rehab to get on this program because it helps you reach your goals faster and with the online therapist like Jen are great to work with you.

Limber Review

I have been receiving treatment at Team Rehab for pain in my shoulders. I admitted to my doctor that my problem is compliance doing the therapy at home and I subsequently had pain again. He indicated physical therapy was integral to shoulder recovery and ordered me to go back to Team Rehab. He stated that I must commit to a home plan. I was treated again by Francis, a wonderful therapist, and had very good progress but still struggled with home exercise. I was signed up for Limber which is covered by my Medicare. It is awesome. There is a video showing a person completing the exercise and the video continues as long as specified by the physical therapist. I can see how much time I have to go. My form is correct as I’m watching someone doing it beside me. My full-time Care Navigator Greg was a true cheerleader helping me through my program. I had regular phone meetings with him to discuss my progress and intermittent positive messages. I am being discharged from Team Rehab but I can use the Limber app indefinitely and it will be invaluable in remaining compliant with my home program. I’m lucky to have received this valuable resource. - Angie C

Limber Health Did a Great Job!

I had a total hip replacement on 24 May 2023. Since then I had the benefit during my rehab of working with Jenn at Fyzical on Physical Therapy, my coach Greg who called me every week to see how I was doing from Limber Health I think and an app on my phone called “Limber” which had a daily check in to report your pain level, a home exercise program designed just for you from my PT Jenn and a chat function that I could use any time I wanted and I knew my coach Greg would be checking it regularly. Greg even posted on the chat function regularly every weekend something motivational, usually a joke or something positive from the newspaper or something he came across. I have got to say that the combination of Jenn from Fyzical and Greg from Limber is why my recovery has gone so well. Of course I also had to put in the work, but with Greg’s positive attitude and his enthusiasm and Jenn’s hands on work, you did not want to disappoint either of them. I couldn’t be happier with the support I have had. It has really been a pleasure. Charlie Cotter
