Their version of service is very poor I paid for a Warehouse Mini from their Gem Store. After confirmation from my account charge the Gem store disappeared. I restarted several times. It days . I tried 3 times to get help and they respond with the same form stating to restarted and gem store should have a confirmation. No confirmation since it was no longer offered.

After I linked my line account to this game, my gem balance has gone to zero. Guys please beware of this. There’s no turning back. There’s no warning to tell you this is going to happen. All your gems will be gone. I’ve contacted customer service twice. First time the feedback looks like an auto reply which was telling me to restart my phone and update the game wth. Second time they told me they are working on it with no specific time frame provided. I don’t think I’m ever going to get my gems back sob* Nonetheless, I’ve been playing this game as a guest for a little over a month now. This game is especially good for those who doesn’t have a stable schedule. You can leave it off and pick it up again with no trouble playing it because it isn’t really about competing with other players. At level 30 you can start fishing which is like a new game embedded in it. You can earn lots of gems from there. Just don’t cheap out on your fishing gears. I liked this game and hated the customer service. Hence, the two star. One star is for brown. The other star is for this game being fun and not laggy.

Not surprised the game is like it is, I have similar complaints for all of Line games and apps. Very little care or thought is given to all of us outside of Asia. We don’t get access to most of the good apps and games, we don’t get the free stickers that Asia gets - there are so many free packsLinked to company promotions for instance but we aren’t allowed to download them for some reason because we aren’t allowed to friend any of these official accounts so we don’t get their free Stickers. That’s just an example, but there are so many cool games I want to try but can’t because they aren’t available in our region. You’ve taken away games that I’ve played for years and years, discontinued utility apps that were cool, and same complaint with this game but in reference to the in app features. The app is greedy, for one.

This game is so cute and addicting. I could never get into hay day but I got into this on the first day. I gave it 2 stars for cuteness and concept. After 6 months of playing I'm deleting the app and this is why:It was fun until I started running out of space on my farm and the game never told me how to get the items to expand. It's extremely hard to get expansion items without paying a ton of money. I've had the game for half a year and more than half of my farm still needs to be expanded. Because of this and the fact that the stores for your farm are extremely expensive, I've lost interest in the game. I'd play for hours everyday and made no progress because everything is a rip off. I've noticed a lot of people stop playing around levels 30-60 because this is when shops start costing 130,000 to half a million for your farm. Also because they can't get expansion items and run out of room on their farms. There's also cheaters in game who hack items and coins which is frustrating. Most of the people in the high levels with expensive items most likely wiped out their credit card for their stuff or hacked. The ranking events are also unfair because of cheaters and it's also pay to win. You can also only follow up to 50 farms and can't see everyone who follows youThe biggest thing that made me not want to play is that Americans are not included in many events. I have friends from japan and Korea that play and they have events every week. In America there's only like one event a month. They're getting free items while we still have to pay. Events are a big part of playing these types of games, and we aren't included in them.
