So I’ve been using the site for a few months now and i don’t understand why they system won’t recognize my password. I seriously have to reset my password everytime (if I even get the email to reset) it’s a wonderful concept and I have a few links post which work. But I can’t update my links! This is a great opportunity for people which are building up there IG and don’t have the swipe up feature yet and businesses. The app basically works when it wants to. I’ve been struggling for 3 days now to log in and update my link for a new Video & Affiliate Link But I cannot get in and I’ve submitted 3 times now to reset password and I’ve gotten no emails. So frustrating because I don’t have a lot of free time. I hope this is fix because this could be an absolute gem for many people like me. PS I haven’t upgraded my account to the pro series because of ALL these issues. I would have because I know it has more features which would be extremely beneficial.

Been loving it but there’s some bugs

I’ve been a loyal linkbio user for awhile. It offers so much even without paying. Better than linktree in my opinion for that luxury alone. You can make a clean linktree for free but as I’ve used this app there’s two problems that made me set this to two stars at this time. 1. The link works “most times”:Sometimes the link itself will go down at times and it will not load for me or my customers for however long it decides. This happens quite often and I get decent traffic to my links so I’m always getting notified by a customer when it’s not acting right. 2. Some social media apps won’t permit the use of linkbio links:My TikTok booted my linkbio link because it was recognized as spam or they said it wasn’t valid or something along those lines. Not sure what this means but it would be cool if they could work on getting verified for use on all social media platforms. But that’s my only concerns being a free user. Love the app. Love the creative freedom. I get a lot of compliments.

I have the Pro paid version and typically love it. I’ve not been able to add a new Instabio for over a month and no one replies... or rather I’ve had a reply (2) but only to tell me “It’s not an app” “we don’t have an app, we only have a website”. No reply to my problem as this apparently isn’t an app (yes, true story). They seemed to be more concerned about semantics than helping a loyal paying customer resolve a problem. If they improved customer service I’d give them 4 stars.
