I have the Pro paid version and typically love it. I’ve not been able to add a new Instabio for over a month and no one replies... or rather I’ve had a reply (2) but only to tell me “It’s not an app” “we don’t have an app, we only have a website”. No reply to my problem as this apparently isn’t an app (yes, true story). They seemed to be more concerned about semantics than helping a loyal paying customer resolve a problem. If they improved customer service I’d give them 4 stars.
