LIT gives you direct access to a personal trainer who will create a custom training plan that's easy to follow and can be done from anywhere. Your workouts are built around your goals, injuries, equipment, and fitness level. LIT takes personalization far beyond the industry standards to provide you with a workout training experience like no other.

WHAT YOU GET WITH LIT:

Personal Training with a real human: After you sign up, you will complete a health assessment where a certified personal trainer will analyze your daily routine and make recommendations to help you get to your goals faster. This will include a detailed analysis of fitness, nutrition, goals, and progress tracking.

2. Weekly training plan: Each week, you will receive a new progressive training plan that focuses on strength, cardio, and recovery to provide you with a balanced workout plan. These workouts can be adjusted based on your equipment, time, and location. Whether you are training at home or the gym, we have you covered.

3. Activity Tracker: For the first time ever, we have created a cardio and strength tracker with weekly targets to ensure you are getting the perfect balance. This will be displayed directly in your profile so you can easily measure your progress. We also track your daily activities and steps to hold you accountable.

4. Video Demonstration & In-Ear coaching: Designed for people who are serious about reaching their goals, we provide detailed audio and video guides for each movement with form correction. Your coach will be in your ear guiding you through every workout and providing weight recommendations and modifications. With over 700 different exercises, you will always have a fresh and exciting workout waiting for you.

5. Dynamic Rep & Weight Tracker: Measure every movement with real-time feedback in reps, weight, and more. Using any of our smart equipment, we can automatically track your reps and weight lifted in real time and display this in the app.

6. Progress Tracking: Using our built-in journal, you can track your workouts across multiple pieces of equipment. You can also earn awards and share your progress with our community.

7. Apple Watch Integration: LIT leverages Apple HealthKit to integrate with the Apple Health App. You can view your movements, reps, weight, and steps and control your workout experience from your watch. You'll also receive credit for your workout on your Activity Rings.

Physically and Mentally Stronger

Before Covid I was religious going to class 5 times a week. When the world shut down Justin and team didn't, I took their online classes which they found ways for us to workout with just our body weight and no machine. Thank god the rower came out a few months after Covid hit, I bought it right away so I could continue my classes just like I had been doing in the studio. I would take classes every day and even better, I could do it whenever I wanted. Which I still do when I cant make it into the studio. It's not just a workout it's a lifestle and the instructors are all so motivating and inspiring.
When I'm finished with my workout I'm physically exhausted and mentally stronger. It's a full mind and body experience. Thank you Lit Method!

Great product and classes

I was recently looking into Pilates classes after having my son and found the LIT method. I had pre-baby been an active peleton user and was pleasantly surprised by the app experience and quality of the LIT product. This really is a “take with you anywhere” pilates reformer session that is LEGIT. I think this may be my new obsession and would absolutely recommend 10/10 for anyone who is looking for that reformer class but in the convenience of your own home. Classes are challenging but engaging and the music is on point.

LOVE the Axis system - wish there were more classes!

I used to go to a Pilates studio but for budget reasons, as well as having a toddler and a baby on the way, I decided to stick to home workouts.

I purchased the LIT Axis system and I’ve been loving it so far! I even took it on a work trip with me and was able to do a full workout in my hotel room. Feels just as effective as my Pilates reformer classes!

One thing I would ask, though, is for more classes. I feel like I’m doing the same classes over and over. Without the Strength Machine or the Bar, there are only so many classes available. There are also only FOUR prenatal classes. Over the course of 9 months, it gets old quickly doing the same four workouts over and over again. But a LOT of the other workouts have a core focus that I have to modify for my pregnancy, and it’s tough to modify sometimes without an instructor telling me how to do that. Many of the classes say “added December 2022” - I don’t see any for 2023 (or at least not a lot?) Please update the classes and add more pre-/post-natal classes :)
