Helps in a Rush

It’s nice to be able to check in guests remotely with OpenKey and LittleHotelier though this app and alerts our hotel’s staff to booking changes instantly. I only wish we could access credit card info as well to help process bookings entirely on our phones. Maybe that update will come soon...

Use the url, don’t waste your time

This app has cost my company a lot of money in reallocations. Even with the website I would rather poke my eyes out than having to try to log in, once logged in it’s not so bad. I’m not sure why every other website I access saves my login and password on my iPad but not this one. I feel like I spend more time resetting my passwords than anything else. I would love to know if others have the same issues.

Can’t do much

This is a pretty useless app. You can only look at one day at a time, and it shows you the number of check ins, check outs, stay-throughs (occupied rooms from multi-day stays), and closed rooms. You can mark a guest as checked in or out. You can add payment information, but there's no way to mark as paid with cash or some other method besides the credit cards listed in their drop down. Hard to make a reservation, and hard to see a more comprehensive overview of your calendar over multiple days. Might as well not have a mobile app. Tried accessing the regular website through a browser on my phone, but it rejects my password, which is clearly correct, given I logged into the mobile app with the same password. The mobile app and the mobile browser need all sorts of fixing!
