Extremely Disappointed

I honestly didn’t expect this from Harley-Davidson, especially for a $30,000+ motorcycle. The LiveWire One app is a complete letdown — it doesn’t even connect half the time. I’ve tried every possible reset, re-pair, and update, and it still refuses to work reliably.For a brand built on engineering excellence and heritage, this level of software quality is unacceptable. You’d think for this price point, basic app connectivity would just work. Sadly, it’s a huge miss that really drags down the ownership experience. Very disappointed.

Latest Update Deactivated My Bike

Concur with other users. Bike is great but the app experience is terrible! Ever since the app was updated to the new UI, my bike lost sync with the app. I’ve tried activating it multiple times with no success; and every attempt to reactivate the bike takes a minimum of 5 minutes - doesn’t sound a lot but trying multiple times back to back on different days adds up and will test a person’s frustration level. I’ve decided to live with the bike without the use of the app at this point.

Ever since the app was updated to the new UI, my bike lost sync with the app. I’ve tried activating it multiple times with no success; and every attempt to reactivate the bike takes a minimum of 5 minutes - doesn’t sound a lot but trying multiple times back to back on different days adds up and will test a person’s frustration level. I’ve decided to live with the bike without the use of the app at this point.

Incredibly disappointing that Livewire chose to discontinue the main functionality of this app. I used it to know how charged my bike was when charging at work or overnight - which was taken away, along with other alerts and functionality like vehicle tracking, this month. I chose a project backed by a trusted company like harley-davidson to avoid this exact type of scenario - very disappointed to receive startup levels of poor planning for a bike at this price point.

I agree with others that this app is lacking the functionality and smoothness that we have come to expect from LiveWire. There is no longer any service to connect with and monitor the motorcycle, which was taken away at least 2 years ago with the promise of a replacement service. Yet there is still nothing available. LiveWire has, and continues to drop the ball with this issue as well as the app in general.
