LivingWith can help people living with cancer and their caregivers:
• Share how you’re feeling. Track mood, pain, sleep and steps; integrate with the Health app and wearables; and share personalized graphs with your doctor
• Get help. Stay connected to loved ones and send or receive requests for help with daily tasks
• Make notes. Write and record notes and questions for the doctor
• Stay organized. Keep test results, medication details and insurance information all in one place
LivingWith is part of the This Is Living With Cancer™ program developed by Pfizer Oncology for people living with cancer and those who love them. LivingWith is available in English and Spanish.

I was loving this app. Saving me a lot of time updating my support team. However since this last update I can’t seem to figure out how to share my posts with them.

Thank you for using the LivingWith app and we're happy that you find it useful. To share a post with with supporters, navigate to Feed from the navigation bar and click on the + icon and everyone in your circle will be able to view it.

Disappointed but hopeful of a fix
The app has been working beautifully since day one & we find it extremely helpful to update our large extended family & friends.
Now for whatever reason it lets me/proxy post (or at least states that we shared a post) yet no one has been able to see the postings. Not 1-champion & Not-1 supporter can read anything we’ve posted.
We are hopeful this will be fixed soon because our cancer journey has a long way to go.
Just learned my proxy logged out & now cannot log back in. It won’t even let him reset his password either.
The new update has taken away the ability to distinguish between champions & supporters so now when i send a request for dinner or transportation (or anything else for that matter) it goes to all of my friends & relatives that live hundreds of miles away in different states. This doesn’t make any sense to me. I wished you would fix this to bring back champions and supporters.

Our technical team is unable to replicate the issues. Please try rebooting the device and re-launching the app, or deleting/reinstalling the app. You may also need to update your operating system to the latest version. If issues persist, contact support at: LivingWithSupport@pfizer.com so we may troubleshoot with the device.
We have recently updated the app and we’ve simplified the way to connect with friends, family, and loved ones. Users roles were eliminated to improve the user experience, so each user has the same level of permissions. Regarding sending a request to supporters, navigate to the Support section of the app, tap the type of request and the members of your circle you want to ask for help. Only the members you select will receive your request. If you haven’t done so already, please visit our FAQ section to see if your issue is addressed there or contact our LivingWithSupport@Pfizer.com team describing the issue and an app specialist will get back with you as soon as possible.
This app stinks. It has potential but the interface is clunky and not user-friendly. Glitches and crashes almost every time I use it. I ended up just creating a group chat on Facebook and adding my supporters to the chat. Like I said, it has potential. But until they can fix the problems, look elsewhere.
