Thank you for fixing Notifications. I’ll give you another star. Now you need to redesign the playback area of the app, and allow for more setting adjustments to be accessed here in Cloud. Go through and read all of functionality complaints here in the reviews, as I can agree that all of them need work. I speak for many when I say this app could and SHOULD be so much better! I deleted Pro, because Cloud is superior to me. And then there was dark mode…

Fixed: Notifications Broken Again
Lorex came through and fixed the notification issue. Faster than last time so I will increase my rating to 4 stars. If you can update regularly so we don’t have to beg and plead for an update, I will raise to 5 stars. Some will hate, but the app works perfectly for my needs if notifications work.
Notifications have once again stopped working. Rebooting everything and turning notifications off and back on does nothing. Lorex, please update the app to fix!!

Horrible app, can’t view cameras
This is the most horrible app I have ever downloaded. I Paid over $1,200 for the new nocturnal cameras, that I now have to return due to this app being so horrible and unable to view cameras on phone. Your other Lorex app has great reviews , if I would of known the nocturnal cameras only work with this particular app I would of never purchased them. Now I have to package everything up and return them. For those that are thinking of getting Lorex, do a search “why did major retailers stop selling Lorex” and after that’s search do another one “why was Lorex banned” if I would of known all the above I would of never bought these cameras
