• Report pothole repairs, graffiti removal, and street sweeping
• Report suspected property violations such as illegal additions or garage conversions
• Report incidents of alleged illegal dumping
• Request facility and trail maintenance at County parks
• Report potential swimming pool violations at hotels, motels, and apartments
If the service is not handled by Los Angeles County, The Works will provide you with the appropriate contact information.
The Works will also keep you up-to-date with the latest news on road closures and recycling events, and help you locate other County services in your area.

Great App
I got a response within 2 weeks. This app definitely beats calling various phone numbers trying to get a response.
Great idea. Horrible app!
This app doesn’t work at all! It just keeps saying “connecting error”, though my internet is fine. It also locks up and freezes when trying to connect. I reported an issue yesterday - or I thought I did. Then I checked the status after I reported it and it didn’t show any reports. I tried to make a report again today and now it doesn’t even work. I can select the location and then it asks to select issue, but there are no options. Can’t get beyond that. This app is just a waste of time.
Graffiti Cleaned Up Within a Day
Impressed how easy it was to attach a photo, tag the location and get updates on it all. Well done LA County Works Dept.
