Total boat control.

I have total Lowrance on my boat from live 9”carbon Ti2 both 12” and a Ghost trolling motor love them all simple operation and as I mess around with them got them tuned in crystal clear. Only drawback is my live unit went down and called customer service after an hour on the phone and 35min being on hold they finally got me the email to ship it to them and now waiting to get it back.

Doesn’t work on my iPhone

I tried to be open minded when dealing with problems with apps but this one has me totally upset. When I purchased my Lowrance last summer I was given a free trial to use the app. At first when I downloaded it I absolutely no problems with it I loved it. As a matter of fact I liked it so much that I ended buying a membership after my trial period was over. So it worked all the rest of the summer no a problem. I live up north so once winter hit no more boating for me for 6 months. This spring rolls around getting ready to start putting the boat in the water I try using my app. Nothing happens it opens but either boots me out completely or the screen just goes white I’m like ok. So i try several times nothing. I deleted it and reinstalled it nothing I’m like what the heck so I’m like maybe There is a bug they’ll fix it left it at that. I have tried all summer long to get this to work for my and I cannot get it to work and accepting that it won’t work I try to get my money back because I don’t think I should be paying for something that won’t work and all I get is sorry we have nothing that matches your request. So now I writing this. I certainly hope that who ever downloads this app has a better experience than I did but don’t be surprised if you have problems and they won’t fix it.

Active target

I purchased my active target along with a HDS Carbon 9, TI2 9”. Since I had my active target it hasn’t worked properly. Try to talk to someone on the phone is a challenge. Moving forward, after several interactions with customer support it was decided that the active target transducer need to be sent back. After having it removed from my boat I paid to have the transducer sent back to Lowrance.

Afterwards, it was decided that the active target transducer was being replaced. I received an email saying that the active target transducer was shipped on July 26, 2022, and a tracking number was provided. After tracking the package it said that it would be delivered on August 1, 2022. After not receiving the package I tried tracking the package again and it said that there were no updates available. I called Lowrance in an attempt to get help on finding my package and was only giving the tracking number again. Using the tracking number thru FedEx there was no information available.

I called again today August 4, 2022, and talked to a customer service rep. and I was told that they talked to someone with FedEx and the package would be delivered next week, which makes this process a month log just to get a replacement transducer IF IT ARRIVES NEXT WEEK.

This has been a bad experience which has me thinking about going in a different direction whenever I receive the package.
