Am trying to add my NCB account so I can cash out but when I put in my credentials and click login I got a message saying ‘something went wrong’ so because of that I can’t get to cash out my money

Good app but there are issues

The app generally functions well, but I'm not seeing the JAMDEX "Exchange" option on my Lynk app. I'm using an iPhone 13 running iOS 16.5. I contacted Lynk, and they informed me that they are investigating the issue. It has been ongoing for a few days now. Initially, I thought the problem might be specific to my device, but I noticed the option appearing on another iPhone (SE 2020). I'm trying to determine whether the issue is related to my phone settings or a problem with my account setup. I'm curious to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. While I do receive some form of response from the company, I'm still frustrated by the inability to directly speak with someone.

Needs to be some adjustment

It’s okay so far, however I believe everyone should be allowed to changed their display name. There is your real name and display name in your settings, I believe the display name should allow you to edit it because not everyone wants their real name displayed. We also should be allowed to change our numbers or emails because in reality, those things can change too, what if I no longer have that number? These things affect the user friendliness of the app as well as the safety of users of the app.
