I just use lynks to collect my remittances
Have always use the lynk to transfer money but this the first time I’m using it when someone send to money gram it was very easy .. no more stand in line . Both / Western Union & money gram with lynks makes my life easier
Good app but there are issues
The app generally functions well, but I'm not seeing the JAMDEX "Exchange" option on my Lynk app. I'm using an iPhone 13 running iOS 16.5. I contacted Lynk, and they informed me that they are investigating the issue. It has been ongoing for a few days now. Initially, I thought the problem might be specific to my device, but I noticed the option appearing on another iPhone (SE 2020). I'm trying to determine whether the issue is related to my phone settings or a problem with my account setup. I'm curious to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. While I do receive some form of response from the company, I'm still frustrated by the inability to directly speak with someone.
They have done nothing to help me with my login problems!!!
I had an account with Lynk, but for some reason, it keeps telling me the password I log in with on a normal is all of sudden the wrong one, even though I have a screenshot of my login so I know the password isn't wrong. I reached out to Lynk on multiple occasions to try and reset my password to get back into my account they had me reset the account but it still wouldn't allow me into the account, which I voiced to them multiple times. They have stopped replying to my emails and refuse to help.
