Laggy
This app needs to be updated or something. Because it keeps freezing whenever you log in and it's getting really frustrating and annoying to be waiting for such a long period of time just to pay a bill. Overall it's a good app & the banking experience is superb👌but the laggyness of the app is beyond me!
Not modern, user friendly or functional
Try to mimic one of the other banking apps available. This really should be this difficult to do business with you. There are just too many competitive options available out there. I’ve always like VMBS ways, but in moving away from in-person business, it still requires convenience. You guys need to prove that you’re ready for big business and real competition in the major markets
Great functions but background image is not it
First off great job on the application it’s the most comprehensive mobile banking solution I’ve seen so far in Jamaica with respect to functionalities
I only have one issue, that’s regarding the background image. If that could be a solid color that would be great, to me it seems way too feminine
Other than that it’s fine though
