The Lyynk app provides young people with a personalized toolbox to help them better understand themselves and measure their well-being. It’s a safe place available at any time, designed by young people in collaboration with mental health professionals.
Lyynk also allows adults to learn more about their young person, based on the information that the young person feels ready to share with their trusted adults. The app also offers features that encourage interaction and resources to support adults who often feel helpless when facing the challenges their young people may encounter.
By energizing this connection, the Lyynk app helps strengthen the relationship between young people and their trusted adults. These same young people will naturally tend to seek support from adults they see as more open and involved in their well-being and mental health.
