It’s not just about exercise, it’s about moving. That’s why we’ve released these 6 NEW THINGS since the launch of the müüv app to help MAKE MOVING EVEN MORE FUN - and motivate you to move more, too.

• YOUR DASHBOARD IS NOW THE HOME SCREEN SO YOU CAN TRACK YOUR PROGRESS TOWARDS YOUR 500 MINUTES. Every time you open müüv, you’ll be motivated to move when you see how you’re tracking to your monthly minutes goal because your dashboard (which shows how many minutes you’ve moved this month as well as your recent activity) is now the homescreen of the app!

• MOVE DOING THE THINGS YOU LOVE. We know that sometimes you’re getting your minutes in even when you’re not doing a traditional workout. Select from over 50 activities (like frisbee, rucking, or even table tennis) and create a freestyle session so you can track your time and calories, pump your favorite jams, get motivation from your friends while you move, and, of course, rack up those minutes in the app.

• ENJOY MORE FLEXIBILITY WITH FREESTYLE. Do you just want to go? No coaching, no program, and no idea how long you’re going to move? Now you can with müüv. For any indoor or outdoor cardio activity - with equipment or without - you can select “Freestyle” as your program to move at your own pace, track your minutes moved, listen to music, see your calories burned, see your heart rate, and, of course, get motivational bumps from friends - perfect for runs, walks, and all our new activities.

• NEVER MISS A MINUTE BY CONNECTING MÜÜV TO APPLE HEALTH, GOOGLE FIT, AND/OR FITBIT. Get credit for all the minutes you move by connecting müüv to other dashboards. Then, your minutes from activity you do outside of the müüv app will automatically show up in the app and count towards your minutes goal.

• LOG OTHER ACTIVITIES TO COUNT TOWARDS YOUR MINUTES GOAL. If you moved and you weren’t using müüv or another connected app, you can still track that activity by manually adding it to müüv. It will then count towards your minutes goal and show up under Recent Activity.

• STAY ON TOP OF YOUR PROGRESS WITH MONTHLY MINUTES RECAPS. Recent Activity now includes a monthly summary card for the current month as well as all past months. See how many sessions and your total minutes for each month. You even get a little müüvmoji badge to reward you for each month you reach or exceed 500 minutes moved!

Love this app!

I’ve been using müüv as I get back into a regular workout routine after having a baby last year and the chaos of COVID, working from home with said baby, and more. I LOVE how flexible the app is. I can easily create workouts of different lengths depending on how much time I have. The audio coaching is great and customizable. Plus, I can add equipment that I already have at home to the app and then build routines that use that equipment, or I can just take a walk and listen to iHearRadio. And of course, I love that it’s FREE! Highly recommend.

This app is exactly what I needed

I love the flexibility of this app!! I love seeing my minutes increase and feeling motivated by it. I like that I can choose to have a coach and on days I want to do my workout with only music, I can do that too. Love the iHeart Radio music!! I hope to keep hitting my 500 minutes 😄

My Music

First let me tell you working out is typically not my thing - it’s just something I need to do so I don’t get huge.

What is my thing is music - that’s why I love this app - it seems to focus more on letting me move to music than some super stressed out instructor - and it is my music that they layer into the coaching. Really cool.
