This App is so user friendly. I love it and this is only my first week using it. I came across the app while shopping for 1 Up supplements and saw the 8 Week Transformation Challenge. I am going through PeriMenapause and went through a desperation with my husband and family issues with my oldest son and this stress cause me to put on a lot of weight. On top of things. During Covid I hurt my left hip while doing a 3 mile interval running and walking race. I wasn’t used to the hills at the location and over exerted myself in one of the declines. Covid hit and I could not go to physical therapy as they were not taking on new clients, then due to no work I couldn’t afford physical therapy. So I couldn’t work out like I wanted and that made my weight gain worse. I needed a challenge to motivate me and while shopping on 1 Up. I saw the challenge and decided to join it and download this app. Like all of us, we all have many apps for almost everything. I have used another workout app in the past but this one is really good. I love every option on it; makes tracking progress effortless. It has videos for every workout recommended and written instructions as well. I also love the ability to track my 8 week challenge progress easily. As for meal tracking, it has most of my food options, even the foods I buy at my local grocery store. This is my first week trying it and I love it already. Looking forward to using it for long term.

I downloaded this app to register for the last contest. It’s great! Based on your specific body makeup and goal it configures your daily macros. It offers a suggested meal plan and tracks your macros as you put in what you eat through out the day. It also allows you to customize your macro numbers if you’d like to adjust them. I think it would be a great feature though to be able to create and save a meal so it’s just a one touch and done. Whether you workout out at a gym or at home, the app provides you with a daily workout plan along with videos incase you’re unfamiliar with the machine or exercise. The supplements can be broken down by goal and it makes it easier to research which products you may want to consider adding to your nutrition plan and you can order easily straight from the app. If you are participating in the challenge you will track your results in the app. It’s super easy, just enter your weight and select your three pics. I love that it’s all in one place and easy to navigate.

I downloaded this app to sign up for the transformation challenge, which was a super easy process. Adding my day 1 pictures and info was just as easy. The workouts are awesome and broken up in to days and there different plans available based on your info you input and your goals. The macros counter in the meals plan section is also helpful. It give suggestions and you can input your own items. I think this part has great potential and can’t wait to see what the next updates bring. Super easy to order my supplements thru it also and they are always sending me discount promo codes. Great supplements delivered right to my door💪

Finally, an app that enables all resources plus the comfort of coaching. Whether if you want to workout from home or at a local gym, the adaptability of working out comes to you. It even goes as far as recommending you products that will go well with your program!
