MacroDash is a nutrition and training diary made for logging fast and seeing your numbers as they really are, with no invented figures.
Log what you eat in seconds: scan a product's barcode or search for it, then add it. Set your goal (lose, maintain or gain weight) and the app works out your calories and macros for the day from your activity.
What you can do

• Train live: strength with sets, reps and weight, routines, cardio and a rest timer

A chat that answers from your real data, the numbers you logged yourself. Ask about your profile, your goals or your last 7 days. If a number isn't there, it tells you instead of making one up.
Wellness (Pro)
Your sleep and its phases, resting heart rate and HRV, read from iPhone and Apple Watch.
